And on a different (yet also food-related) note, I want to say that, for the record, I don't like P.F. Chang's.
I went there once. For three times what you would pay at a normal Chinese restaurant, you get the same exact food as you would get at a normal Chinese restaurant, except on fancy dishes.
So, just in case you were wondering if P.F. Chang's had any impact on my decision to run this particular marathon, now you know: It sure didn't.
I would run the Cheesecake Factory Marathon anywhere, however...

I am also not a big PF Chang fan... however, I'm LESS of a fan of the Disney corporation, so I still think we made the right choice.
You have to admit, they have made some pretty kick ass movies over the years...better than over-priced Chinese. But for many reasons we still made the right choice.
Plus, I think if we ran a Cheesecake Factory race, it would take at LEAST 26 miles to burn off the perks...
